I doubt a 20/20 gold blood staff exists... technically possible but chanes are nil. I have ID'd THOUSANDS of gold staves... best ive ever got of the same skill and req. was 19/17 air Shadow Staff which Sold for 250k. A 10/10 all staff is much more realistic.. those people actually have.

Second item you want cant exist, 2 mods on 1 hand weapon tops, and energy maxes out at +15/-1 or +5^50 or +5 enchanted.

So 10/10 possible,
as well as +5^50% 10%
or +15/-1 10%
